How to Automate & Grow with A.I.

In 2017 I wrote a book called Automate & Grow.

It basically said this:

• Build Digital Products

• Automate Marketing, Sales and Support

Fast forward and now everything is about A.I.

When I wrote Automate & Grow a lot of eyes glazed over.

“So technical”.

“Why would I do this?”

Now with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and for those who hate themselves and their sanity- Microsoft Co-pilot… everyone is Kung Fu Fighting using A.I. to research, write and creating faster and better workflows and content.

While also struggling with this fundamental question:

“If my work is ‘just magically getting done’, who am I?

“What work is ‘human work’ ”, and

“If it’s all done by A.I. or Robots and will I have a job in the future?”

So it’s time to update the Automate & Grow framework. For all of us.

And that is what this Newsletter is about.

The new A.I. Mantra is

• Build A.I. products & A.I.-first businesses

• Automate Marketing, Sales and Support with A.I.

Thats it. That is the update.

Your job is to divide the world into 3 lists.

A List- things that annoy your and have low value in your business

B List- Important but repetitive work

C List- Stuff you love that inspires you and others, that tells your story and shows what you do uniquely and how you do it- and for whom you love doing it.

Then you play your very own game of Marry, Frack, Kill:

—> A List Eliminate this stuff

—> B List - Automate with A.I.

—> C List- focus your time here to Grow Your Business.
